We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders.

COD Charges will be applicable on cart value upto Rs.999/-. The COD charges shall be waived for cart value of Rs.1000/- & above.

We ship your order on the same day except for non working days (Sundays & public holidays).

You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-3 working days in major cities and 7-10 days for other locations as per your pin code.

You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases via mail.

If you feel packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Call us at +919223182081 or Contact us on support@julietindia.com with your order number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery: Prepaid orders above ₹500.
  • Delivery fee: Orders below ₹500 incur a nominal charge.
  • COD charges:
    • Applicable for cart values up to ₹999.
    • Waived for cart values of ₹1000 & above.
  • Initial shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are dispatched same day (except Sundays & public holidays).
  • Delivery estimates:
    • 2–3 working days in major cities
    • 7–10 working days for other locations (based on pin code)
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Order Fulfilment

  • We strive to ship all items together.
  • If due to availability your order ships in multiple consignments, you will be notified by email.

Exchanges (Coming Soon)

Currently, we do not support exchanges through the website.

We are working on introducing this feature soon. In the meantime, you may return the product and place a fresh order for the new item.

  • All Juliet products are packed with care.
  • If packaging is tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
