Returns Policy

At Juliet, we want you to love every purchase you make. If something isn’t right, our easy returns policy ensures a simple and transparent process.

1. Eligibility & Return Window

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be purchased only from www.julietindia.com. Items bought from any other online or offline retailer will not be accepted.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused (other than a fit trial) and unwashed
    • Free from stains, marks, tears, or damage caused by the customer
    • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and invoice (or invoice copy) intact

2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Panties, underwear, and other intimate wear
  • Gift cards
  • Products sold as packs/combos (must be returned in full, not partially)
  • Free promotional items or freebies (unless incorrect or defective)

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery at +91 9223182081 (Mon-Sat, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) or support@julietindia.com
  • Share images of the product for verification
  • Do not return any product before receiving confirmation from our team
  • Juliet will bear the return shipping cost for approved defective/wrong-product cases

  • Pick up: Available in most locations.
  • Self-ship: Share courier receipt scan by email. Reimbursement up to ₹75 as coupon code, subject to policy conditions.

5. Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via NEFT after providing bank details.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned product passes quality check.

6. Refund Timelines

  • Refund process begins within 2 working days of receiving the return.
  • Completion depends on payment mode:
    • Credit Card: 5–7 working days
    • Debit Card / Net Banking: 7–14 working days
    • COD (Bank Transfer): 2–4 working days
  • Prepaid refunds: 3–5 working days
  • COD refunds: 5–10 working days

7. Exchanges (Coming Soon)

At present, we do not offer online exchanges. We are actively working on launching this feature soon. Meanwhile, you may return the product and place a new order separately.

8. Promotional Items & Gift Wrapping

  • Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
  • Replacements will not be gift-wrapped.
  • Freebies are non-returnable unless incorrect or defective.

9. External Packaging Damage

  • If outer packaging is damaged/tampered, do not accept delivery.
  • Note remarks on courier sheet and inform us immediately.
  • Once returned to us, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Final Decision

All returns are subject to approval by Juliet’s Quality Check Team. Non-eligible items will be shipped back to the customer.
